3 Make payment

Once your order is processed you will receive a payment request email with a link to make your secure payment online. Alternatively you can provide payment details by telephone. Regular clients can apply for a credit account and pay their invoices to standard 30 days terms, subject to credit status.

4 Keeping you informed

Once your booking is confirmed you will receive a confirmation email containing your consignment labels to attach to your goods and a tracking link for collection and delivery status.

The tracking link shows the "live" status of your consignment including live ETA’s on the day of your collection or delivery.

5 Proof of delivery

Every collection or delivery completed by Igloo is signed for, either by the dispatcher or the receiver of the goods, creating an electronic proof of collection or delivery for every consignment, referred to as an ePOD. You have the option to receive the ePOD automatically by email the moment a job is completed and signed for. Alternatively you can access all of your ePOD’s from your client login.

For each completed collection or delivery you have the option to receive the electronic proof of delivery (ePOD) by email or via your client login.
