Current fuel surcharge 24.5% Effective 10 August 2026
Fuel is one of the largest variable costs in temperature-controlled transport: a refrigerated vehicle burns diesel to move and to keep the load in temperature. Rather than bury that in a rate and quietly adjust it, we set the fuel element out separately so you can see what you're paying for.
The figure above is the surcharge currently applied. How it applies to your account, and to which services, is set out in your rate agreement. If anything looks unclear, ask your account manager and you'll get a straight answer the same day.
