Igloo Thermo Logistics is a trading name of Total Temperature Management Ltd, registered in England & Wales (company number 07092695), Airport Executive Park, Unit D-E, President Way, Luton, LU2 9NY. What we collect and why
When you request a quote or book a logistics review, we collect the details you give us: name, company, email, phone number and the delivery requirements you describe. We use them to respond to your enquiry and, where you become a customer, to set up and manage your account. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, and the performance of a contract once one is in place.
We also use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the site is used (pages visited, referring site, device type, approximate country). It is cookie-less, collects no cross-site identifiers, and does not build a profile of you. We do not use advertising trackers.
Who processes your data
- Vercel hosts this website and provides its cookie-less analytics.
- Cloudflare provides the Turnstile anti-spam check on our enquiry forms. It runs only on those pages, sets no cookies and does not track you across sites.
- Microsoft 365 receives and stores enquiry emails (sales@igloothermo.com).
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards (typically 24 months), unless you become a customer, in which case it is retained as part of the customer relationship.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email sales@igloothermo.com and we'll respond within one month. You can also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).

This site uses only strictly-necessary cookies and cookie-less analytics. If that changes, we will ask for consent first.
