A single case of product going to a buyer’s desk gets the same cold chain as 26 pallets going to an RDC. That’s the whole service. Samples, press packs, launch stock and promotional deliveries are small, deadline-shaped jobs where failure is visible to exactly the person you most wanted to impress.

Small loads, full discipline

A sample that arrives at the wrong temperature has answered the buyer’s question, just not the way you hoped. So sample work travels temperature-controlled and recorded like everything else: frozen at −15°C, chilled at 0°C to +5°C, with the trace available if anyone asks. Most of it goes on our vans, which is how plenty of customers first meet us before they see the rest of the fleet.

What this covers

Product samples to retail and wholesale buyers. Launch quantities into stores or depots ahead of a range going live. Promotional and seasonal stock that exists outside your normal order pattern and needs its own delivery. Small consignments to test kitchens, development chefs and trade events.
